Pro-Vac is expanding into Atlanta—and we’re looking for an Area Manager to lead, build, and dominate in this exciting new territory! You’ll own operational performance, safety, profitability, and be the driving force behind market growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of daily field operations and team success

  • Lead business development efforts to expand our customer base

  • Build a safety-first, high-performance culture

  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a winning team

  • Partner with Sales, HR, Fleet, and Safety teams to scale operations

  • Manage labor, equipment, job costing, and KPIs to drive results

  • Be a hands-on leader, energizing your team every step of the way

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • 7+ years of field leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or environmental services

  • Industry experience in hydrovac, ground protection, equipment rentals, utilities, or waste services

  • Proven ability to drive operational excellence and customer growth

  • Strong understanding of safety, job costing, scheduling, and reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
