We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our AWESOME team at Pro-Vac! You’ll manage contracts with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Schedule: Primarily WFH, with occasional need in office
- Draft and prepare accurate, legally sound contracts in compliance with Pro-Vac standards.
- Review and analyze contract terms to identify risks and ensure adherence to legal and company policies.
- Manage contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring all parties meet obligations.
- Maintain a 95% compliance rate and renew 90% of contracts before expiration.
- Organize and maintain a detailed and accurate contract database.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Resolve contract-related issues promptly and efficiently.
Experience:
- 2+ years of contract administration or related experience in the construction or environmental industry
- Contract experience with municipalities a plus
- Knowledge of legal principles and contract management best practices.
Skills:
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with contract management systems, MS Office Suite, and Excel.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Certifications in contract management (e.g., CPCM) are a plus!
- Familiarity with stormwater, sewer maintenance, or hydro-excavation industries is highly desired.
