Mission of the Role: Your mission is to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce waste, and ensure accurate, up-to-date inventory records. Each day, you’ll analyze inventory data, optimize control processes, and ensure product availability to meet demand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and move inventory items up to 25lbs.
• Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

What You'll LOVE Doing...
Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet business needs.

Order Processing:

• Process and track inventory orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
• Handle and resolve any issues related to inventory shipments.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and overstock situations.
• Generate reports on inventory status and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient inventory storage and organization.

Compliance:

• Ensure all inventory activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized inventory area.

Here’s What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (Preferred)
• Proven experience in inventory management or related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
