Pro-Vac is expanding into Charlotte, and we’re looking for a driven Area Manager to launch operations, grow our customer base, and deliver excellence every step of the way. What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of daily operations, scheduling, and team leadership

  • Drive business growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding market share

  • Build and promote a strong, safety-first culture

  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing field teams

  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, Safety, and Fleet teams to scale operations

  • Manage operational KPIs, job costing, labor, equipment, and overall profitability

  • Lead from the front — on-site, in the field, and within the market

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 7+ years of field leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or environmental services

  • Strong experience in hydrovac, ground protection, waste management, utilities, or equipment rentals

  • Proven ability to build teams, lead operations, and drive revenue growth

  • Familiarity with safety compliance, job costing, scheduling, and performance reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
