We Are Building Something That Matters
At Pro-Vac, we are building a company where safety isn’t a slogan—it’s how we operate. Where teams take pride in doing hard work the right way. Where we show up, solve real problems, and keep critical infrastructure running across the country.
This is not a desk job. This is where leadership meets the field.
Join the Mission
You will work alongside a team of operators, leaders, and problem-solvers who take ownership of their work and hold each other to a high standard.
Your mission is simple: lead rail operations that are safe, efficient, and profitable—while building a team that people are proud to be part of.
How We Work
We take ownership—no excuses, no shortcuts.
We solve problems fast and move forward.
We protect our people and our clients—every job, every time.
Are You Ready for This Challenge?
This role isn’t for someone who wants to maintain the status quo.
You’ll be stepping into a growing rail division where expectations are high, conditions change daily, and your leadership directly impacts safety, performance, and revenue.
About the Role
