Pro-Vac is breaking into Nashville, and we’re searching for a dynamic Area Manager to launch, lead, and grow our newest location. You’ll take full ownership of daily operations, drive safety and service excellence, and be the catalyst for business growth in Tennessee.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take ownership of daily field operations, scheduling, and project execution

  • Lead new customer acquisition and market growth efforts

  • Champion a culture of safety, quality, and accountability

  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing field teams

  • Partner with Sales, HR, Fleet, and Safety teams to deliver top-tier service

  • Manage labor, equipment, job costing, and KPIs to meet goals

  • Represent Pro-Vac with professionalism and leadership in the local market

We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of field leadership experience in construction, industrial services, or environmental services

  • Industry knowledge of hydrovac, ground protection, equipment rentals, waste services, or utilities

  • Proven ability to build teams, manage operations, and drive business growth

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, safety programs, job costing, and KPI tracking

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
